Our Mission

At Jackson County Public Water Supply District 17, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation.

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Currently, we are operating on a reduced staff, so the office may be closed during regular business hours, to assist customers in the District.

Automatic Withdraw Now Available!

We are pleased to inform you, that through our partnership with Paystar, you can now register for automatic withdraws of your monthly water bill. Simply sign in to your existing Paystar account or register for the first time, then click on Manage autopay to set up your payment information and preferences. The following service charges will apply: $2.00 for payments of $50.00 and under, $2.75 for payments of $50.01 to $100.00, and 2.75% for payments over $100.00. These are the same fees as the current one time montly payment and still cheaper than the 10% penalty charged to late payments.
